I was very disappointed in the way Dr Keith Schneider handled the outcome of a biopsy that was misplaced and mishandled. I called to speak to him numerous times and he did not return my call. I am still waiting for a solid explanation and a refund. It has been since February 2, 2024 that I have been ignored like this never happened, no explanation no follow through.
This guy's incredible. He's confident he's talented beyond belief if you find yourself in his care consider yourself extremely lucky. I trust this man with my life he should be 5 stars
this man is extremely talented I can see his experience he's confident. When you face big operations like sinus lifts and whole maxilla bone grafts you'll have a new found appreciation for talented men such as Dr. Schneider ... Special interests include dental implants.. His work is impeccable. I could go on forever.. I needed some pretty extreme work done. Kelly H is the implant lady she guided me to Dr. Schneider. Kelly H is amazing she communicates fluently through emails so you never feel alone. She must really care about her patients. Dr. Schneider is talented beyond belief... Ladies & gentlemen he literally fixed my face he's not an ordinary dentist. Wonderful surgeon with great bedside manner. Friendly and helpful staff.
Rude staff, no reguards to pain, "God-like" attitude. Had my wisdom teeth removed and still numb and in pain 2 months later. Staff made me feel like an idiot for any questions I asked or statements I made about my pain level.
