Worst reception staff I've ever encountered. They never seem to answer the phone during office hours and after days of leaving my own messages i recieved a single message on my voicemail that was overflowing with bad attitude and a lack of professionalism. For all I know the doctor is fantastic but what I know for sure is that his wait staff are absolutely terrible and inconsiderate!

Horrible unprofessional customer service and lazy staff, won't do their job and submit pre authorization to insurance companies or even get back to you, quite rude also. Can't comment on the doctor however, because you can't even get in to meet with him because of his unprofessional in experienced lazy and rude staff.

I am the loved one and advocate of an individual with special needs and I am posting this review not only to congratulate Dr Keith for selecting office workers who were able to effectively communicate his desire not to provide service to my loved one, but also thank him for not allowing my nephew to even step foot into his office to receive a consolation. It was made quite obvious at the receptionist's desk, that this young man does not represent the clientele he desires to serve. I could go on and on about how I was treated... read more
