The dentist called in sick the first appointment -- I was notified 30 min. before the scheduled appointment. Then on the second appointment a gentleman was taken before me into the treatment room (yet he had arrived later than I did.) I waited an hour and still had not seen the dentist. This type of lack of care with regard to consideration of others' time makes me wonder what type of actual dentistry is given. Found another endo-dentist.
I just had a root canal with Dr. Kano today. Nice guy, total professional, very competent. I have no pain. A good experience, for a root canal appointment!
This office has the worse service ever....they give u false information. ...reception ladies are clueless. ..do not take u r kids here!!!!!!!!! $
