Very kind, very smart, pain free. Came with a great recommendation that has proven to be true. Don't know about how he works with children but he is wonderful with stressed out adults.
This dentist has horrible availability and in a 6 month window left 8 cavities undetected in a toddler. That toddler now has to undergo mulitiple traumatic procedures. Dr. Alexander also does not accept our insurance, making that visit twice as costly to our family.
A great person and a very effective dentist. I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone. Excellent with any age group including children.
