DONT EVER GO HERE Racist dentist in smithtown they was rude nasty and hella agressive asked me if i was black ? There reviews explain alot Made me wait over a hour for the doctor to come in .. then said i hope ur not the BLM people that was protesting like wth then charged me for things that wasnt true which they didnt use staff was incompetent
RecommendedDr. Hallaian and his staff were great. I had 2 teeth extracted without sedation. He explained the entire procedure and kept me calm. The only thing I felt was the needle to numb me. I really appreciate Dr. Hallaian and his 2 dental assistants. I would recommend him anytime! Thank you again!
Hurt a senior citizen over 20 Bucks As others have written here, the office is nothing short of a Zoo. They did not file medicaid papers correctly and instead of refiling correctly they decided to put a senior on a fixed income in for collection. They know I can't pay but they have decided to hurt me anyway. The dentist who referred me to them has used this same medicaid card before my visit the the Zoo and after my visit to the Zoo. I don't even know where to start with this practice!!!!! the receptionist or "front desk person" is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! I would give this office negative stars if i could!!! Now i see why this office ONLY has 3 stars. I've wasted 2 weeks with this office just for them to cancel my appointment the day of which is less than a 24 hour notice!!! The doctor's "excuse" was, he didn't feel comfortable extracting my teeth given they were near my sinuses. Meanwhile, they've had my chart and information prior to my appointment!!! The ... read more
The staff was so nice , Dr keith he is such a wonderful dr I was so scared of getting a tooth pulled,he made me feel comfortable and talked to me through The Whole Procedure.. I would definitely recommend him to anyone...
Other than the hour wait I have nothing negative to say. Staff is super kind as well as the Dr. As someone else mentioned the most painful part was the needle and it was only the 1st one that hurt. Tooth was out in minutes. One of the nurses was rubbing my hand the whole time to try to help me relax. I would 100% recommend.
A real horse's butt ,totally impressed with himself. Stay away from this mope.
The receptionist in this practice are TERRIBLE , she doesn’t even deserve one start!!!!!!!!!
