Excellent Ophthalmologist, My family has been patients of Dr. Cangelosi for 15+ years. We travel over 60 miles to his office since he relocated his practice to Covington. Professional, I would rate Dr Keith Cangelosi at the Very Top Level of his Profession.
I tried to make an appointment to see one of the doctors. The nurses on the phone were very unhelpful and I feel like trying to get me in wasn’t important to them. They need people answering the phone there that actually care, not make people feel like they are wasting their time. Unhelpful, fake nice and didn’t get the call back they said they would give me.
I've been seeing Dr. Cangelosi for over 20 years now. He is well informed, stays abreast of new treatments and technology, is kind, professional. Would highly recommend him to new patients.
Waited months for an appointment, and left after 45 minutes in the waiting room when was told there were still four patients ahead of me. The office is clearly over booking. Not professional.
