Wait time was minimal. All of staff were warm and welcoming. I was very anxious and Dr Brightbill eased my fears. Kind and caring.
last 2 times i visited this dr. my wait was over 1 hr. no one offered any explanation as to why.
Always found him spending the desired time with me and answering fully my questions about current and prospective treatment. Wants a collaborative decision about treatment. Very engaging and down to earth. My favorite comment by him, "This procedure is not very fun" - Reply - "Well doc, which one of your procedure are...?
Had a great experience with Dr Brightbill. His staff was able to work me in and schedule my surgery for the next day. Very pleased with my visit and his staff!!
Dr Brightbill seems ok. I saw him long enough to be referred for expensive testing. After that he was not accessible. The PA that was assigned to me acted like it was a big imposition that I wanted information about these test results and complained about how overworked he was. When I called the office to try to get some answers the staff was rude and still did not provide any answers. I tried twice to talk to office staff. I finally had to get the results to my GP to get some answers.
Dr. Brightbill refused t o see me because he wanted all his money. I had payments set up but I owned him 1300.00 for a surgery for prostate surgery. I would love to be able to pay him in full but i am disabled and can not work. I do get SS benefits and i was making payments. I cant afford to poo ay him 1300.00 at one time. I don't have it. I have never been treated like this by any Doctor. I am sorry i can't pay. But i don't know if my cancer is gone or still there. I don't know what to do.
Very compassionate and explains things in a very easy to understand manner. Wish some other doctors could borrow his bed side manner.
This physician is keeping up with new procedures and meds and offers them for your consideration. He listens to your problems and appears to do what he can to help solve them.
