I received a collection notice for months ago. Immediately called a collection company PMS, who directed me to Tec emergency physicians. They attempted and have successfully sent me to collections for a bill three years old. A bill that was fully covered by two different insurance companies. However, the inadvertently did not mark it correctly in their system. Dr. Keith Butler is listed as the manager of TEC Physicians of AZ LLC which has some EXTREMELY unethical billing practices. I received a threatening letter OVER A YEAR after my emergency room visit claiming they would send me to collections over charges I'd never received a statement for. My address has not changed, and I've received no communication from them by phone or email.
