Dr Keisha Ellis has been insightful and transparent about my health goals and needs and it’s nice to have a doctor who actually hears you concerns and explains your options without bias or ego. She’s a breath of fresh air.
Dr. Ellis is kind, compassionate, and truly a great listener. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and I appreciate how she takes the time to share information and break things down in a way that is easy to understand. Her thoughtful approach makes each visit comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend her care.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had. The attitude displayed was not only unprofessional but also unnecessarily condescending. Respect and professionalism should be the bare minimum in any setting unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Dr. Ellis and Nancy and crew are excellent and are a RARE find. Dr. Ellis is knowledgeable, communicative and a most compassionate doctor whom thoroughly explains conditions and care plans, most often exceeding my expectations with proactive follow ups and patient education.
