Always had a good experience.
Can not say anything regarding a visit, because This office, seems to avoid seeing patients. First they don't return calls, if your fortunate enough to get an appointment, you have to wait months to get there. then your called and asked to wait another month, because the doc, has apparently made other plans. The person who schedules at the office, stated, that if you did get both Vaccines, you could not come in. She stated "We don't want you to bring us Covid". I have been going to the Sewell office for a number of years and the personnel at the reception desk have been extremely rude to me whenever I need assistance. The last incident was just today when I asked to have my prescription sent to my pharmacy - it has been 6 business days and still my pharmacy has not received anything - even they have tried to get in contact with this office the last 3 days to no avail. To say I am very disappointed is to put it mildly. This office is a 1/2 star rating.
I'm pretty healthy and needn't visit her frequently, but Dr. Kedron Horvath has become my physician of choice. She has an approachable, calming demeanor that makes me comfortable asking medical questions that might have otherwise gone unasked. She's thorough but not an alarmist, can be depended upon to offer advice, and explains medical jargon using relatable terms/examples. I appreciate the time she takes to ensure I leave her office without reservation - all while maintaining her schedule!

I leave messages for Dr Horvath and she never returns my calls. I asked the receptionist if she will be returning my calls they tell she will get back to me or they will. I believe that no patient should be ignored especially when it has to do with a medication. I doubt if I will be returning to the Sewell office. The staff and nurses are very courteous, efficient and friendly. I feel very bad that I can no longer go to this office but a return call is not much to ask for.
