Dr. Hilmi listened, asked questions, and listened again for the details to his questions. He calmly recommended a couple of paths to investigate since he wanted to see me again. His staff scheduled me professionally. The office was clean and the staff polite when I skipped a required page, and I didn't need to wait even 10 minutes to see him. The staff was also nice when I walked down the wrong street in Queens and needed to call them to figure out where to go.
