They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They always make an extra effort to make me feel comfortable, respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know Dr. K cares about his patients.
They go out of their way to make everyone feels equally respected and cared for. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment.
