I have been a patient with Dr. Shilling and I do not recognize anything of her in the previous hater reviews. Reading over all the reviews, they sound like they are written by the same person. Always signed anon. and have poor grammar & misspelled. Its obvious to the reader these hater comments are about a certain medication for themselves and/or mother’s asking for the same medication for their children,. Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? No, I felt ignored Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider treat every client equally? No, they definitely favor certain clients Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through.

I have never experienced a more offensive encounter with a professional in my life! I am completely stunned right now. My young daughter had a very brief first appointment, which resulted in a prescription of Zoloft. A week later I had to cancel our appointment because my daughter became extremely ill the day after she started the medication. She could not keep any food down. This may be the worst experience I have ever had with a psychiatrist before. She abuses her title and has the emotions of a robot. She cannot remember one detail from one appointment to the next and is more concerned about her clients becoming cash cows. She does not monitor medication she prescribes and even after I voiced my concerns about side effects I was experiencing, no change was done and she forgot about it completely at my next appointment. Worst. Doctor. Ever.

I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I was treated terribly.
