Difficult to schedule appointments. I’ve never been able to get lab results within the same month. The staff is not friendly, and when my kids are sick or injured, we’re always referred to urgent care because they never have availability. Doctors are amazing though
I love going here. I schedule my appointments through my chart. Dr. Kay Chea always listens to my questions and concerns. I also get anxious going to the doctors but he makes it so easy going. The staff is wonderful as well!
I love this facility and the doctor's there, but as of lately it's been real hard to get someone on the phone to schedule an in person visit. They don't give you the option to schedule one on MyChart, it says to call. But when you call no one answers.
