Stop making patients wait for hours, being rude and arrogant.
Dr. Rao is probably one of the coolest people I’ve ever met, and she is amazing at what she does. All of the ladies in there go above and beyond for me. I would recommend this facility to anyone I come in contact with who is looking for a doctor. She made me feel safe and comfortable...which is hard to do.
Dr. Rao is extremely egotistical and completely unconcerned about her patients' health. Her staff is rude and unprofessional, she refuses to talk to patients unless they come in to the office. Paula and Victoria both listen to respond rather than to hear, and Dr. Rao's ego is too big to allow her to even listen, "that's why she has staff". Do not use this doctor as your primary care.
Nice friendly staff. Visit was very good.Dr Rao gave me some good advice about my health. Going back this month.
