Amazing doctor so thankful with her for delivering my son
My daughter died at 38 weeks because dr Mahajan dismissed all my symptoms. I showed every sign of preeclampsia and she assured me I didn’t have it when two days later my baby died and I almost died of preeclampsia. I had extreme swelling, high blood pressure, sudden major weight gain and she said it was due to over eating and stress from the holidays even though I told her i wasnt stressed or over eating. Dr. Mahajan-Merritt was careless, under educated and dismissive (likely due to being under educated). It's sad that at the very least she didn't make an effort to compensate her incompetence by being more attentive. She provided no patient education and rushed the appointment which required a 2 month wait to be seen for some concerning issues. I also waited over 50 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room. (And to be clear, I don't mind a wait for a doctor that is willing to spend an extra minute addressing my co... read more
