I wish that I could give her a negative star. While I was in the waiting room I heard her reprimanding the receptionist in front of me. Found out she had somewhere to be so I guess that's why my visit got cut short and never got to say why I was there. I was there for my neck but I also had a sling on and she shot questions off so fast that I could barely think. I asked her to slow down and she got an attitude. I had an injection n I have been pain free since. I can always get into see her n she always sets up injections or procedures depending on what I need. I love this practice n the staff is great. I’ve been seeing her for quite a few years n will always be a patient
Excellent !!! From the initial visit through today, Dr. Gupta accurately finds the root cause of one's pain and plans treatment accordingly. She is an excellent listener and very clear qnd honest in her approach. So far, I am very pleased with both my diminished pain, as well as the excellent treatment by Dr. Gupta, Georgene, and Samantha.
my experience was fabulous .Dr. Gupta listens to her patience intently and makes sure her diagnoses is the correct one . Dr. Gupta is very caring and thorough in her patient care. I had been in a lot of pain due to spinal stenosis and Dr. Gupta made no assumptions and did a complete evaluation. She has administered epidurals and medications appropriately and my pain level is currently negligible. The most important thing I can say is that I trust her with my healthcare.
She is accurate about her treatment choices and is honest to what she thinks the outcome maybe. Good choice of a physician for back pain problems! She helped me.
Very specific - she knew what she wanted to do. She had my scheduled within 1 week of my appointment for a procedure. Staff scheduled me with ease. I am happy to have been referred to her. Telling all my family to see her for back pain.
