I can't even begin to explain how amazing Dr. Kaushal is, he was kind and didnt rush me. He kept asking if I was ok and was very upfront about everything. I actually switched my main dentist to him because of the wonderful experience I had. As someone who's had horrible experiences and is now terrified of going to the dentist his energy and kindness gives me hope that I can finally feel comfortable enough to have my teeth fixed. Thank you so much Dr. Kaushal!!!
Dr. Kapadia took me as an emergency patient Friday before a holiday weekend for a number of broken teeth. He was kind and minimized my pain while making sure that I was set up to have the problem taken care of as soon as possible. He tested me with compassion and was honesty.
I had a crown break over the weekend. My husband called Dr. Kapadia cold over the phone. We were not patients of his practice. He came into the office on Sunday to see me. He drove from home! I have high anxiety about dentists and he immediately put me at ease. We spoke like we had been friends for years. I would personally recommend Dr. Kapadia to anyone who may be nervous or anxious about getting their dental work done. He did everything in his power to put me at ease throughout my visits. He has also gone above and beyond staying in constant communication to ensure I got my appointments and making sure I could make it. He truly cares about his patients and deserves all the business he can get!
