My elderly mother (who has been a long time patient of Dr. Brahmbhatt’s) went to an appointment with him earlier today and she was met with a very rude secretary named Jackie Fuentes. She was not only rude but very dismissive to my mom and she needed guidance since this was the first time coming to his new office location. We adore Dr. Brahmbhatt but this is a very poor representation of what a phenomenal doctor he is. She needs proper training in etiquette and how to deal with patients in need. Dr. Kaupin J. Brahmbhatt is an excellent cardiologist. My husband and I see him and he addresses our concerns, is professional, and he is very thorough. He showed me the actual video of my echocardiogram and he explained every detail, and I had it done, all on the same visit! I have been to other cardiologists and I also had worked as an R.N. for many years and I can truly say that Dr. Brahmbhatt is one of the best.
