If and when you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone, you get a receptionist that simply answers the phone with, "Hello". No professional greeting, nothing. It is as if you called a home phone, not a legit business. Furthermore, the mailbox is always full and when I asked about why one of the referrals we had was not going through I was told it was written wrong my by doctor. Trying to get an appointment since September, does anyone work here? The voicemail box is continually full. Help! Is there another number to call? Went by the office during office hours and door was locked. This is where my primary doctor has referred me to…

First office visit in December and they could not schedule a colonoscopy until the middle of Feb because 'we are too busy'. They told me to 'Go ahead and get somebody else and they will tell you they are too busy too' I am losing weight at the rate of one pound per week due to IBD. Resulting in 13 pounds of weight loss because they are 'too busy'. I will be lucky to weigh 100 pounds by then as I only weigh 113 pounds now.

I had a colonoscrphy done with Doctor Reddy. Was very happy with the whole procedure.
