The front desk was welcoming but serious however when we saw the doctor she immediately is very mean. She had this aggressive fake smile and she was speaking in a condescending way to me. She was blaming me for not making an appointment earlier even though they never asked us to make an appointment. It was horrible bedside manners for a doctor who's supposed to help.
