The front desk was welcoming but serious however when we saw the doctor she immediately is very mean. She had this aggressive fake smile and she was speaking in a condescending way to me. She was blaming me for not making an appointment earlier even though they never asked us to make an appointment. It was horrible bedside manners for a doctor who's supposed to help. Dr.Sahakian is a great doctor. But the nurses and front desk staff are horrible. Not helpful at all very judgmental environment. The nurse Zara is very rude . Doesn’t know how to work with small kids . Doesn’t answer your questions .
