My children have been patients of Dr. Willie since my now 6 year old daughter was born. Dr. Willie is a great physician and attentive to her patients needs. The staff is also great and welcoming. My complaint is the new policies regarding scheduling appointments. The purpose of a primary care physician is to be available for patients needs, sick or healthy. I’m now being told that I can’t schedule an appointment for a sick child unless I call the day of right at opening, and if they are booked my child can’t be seen. What th... read more
Simply the best doctor ever! We love Dr. Willie.
Katrina and her staff have always been attentive to my grandson’s needs whenever we bring him in because he’s sick. We get excellent patient care and are taken back quickly. I can’t imagine taking anywhere else. Thank you to Katrina and everyone who plays a role in the aid of my grandson. I appreciate you guys and will forever recommend you as a pediatrician in the Mansfield and Arlington area
I set up a visit for my 10 year old child and the office did not give me enough notice in time to reschedule. I took off from work and thhey canceled the visit the day of. All because my daughter have a allerhy cough. Very unprofessional. Parents havexto schedule off from work. I thought i give this doctor a chance but her office is unorganized.
