I saw Dr Baker as a non-pregnant patient. She was easy to speak to, answered all of my questions with compassion, did not hurry out the door & provided meds to help my issues. However, when I had more questions & problems later her nurse was the only person I could speak with. The nurse seemed impatient & was short with me plus did not return a call for information I needed. For those reasons I will not return.
Appointments always run far too late, hours sometimes. The staff also have an attitude so I decided to take my business elsewhere. The waiting room is small and smelly and too close and crowded for comfort.

We decided to change from this OB to another after 5 months of pregnancy. Wait times with an appointment were generally a minimum of at least 1 hour. They seem to overbook on a regular basis. We didn't feel that the service and attentiveness matched our somewhat moderate expectations. Mrs. Baker saw my wife and I with our first child at dr. Kurians office. Not only did mrs. Baker see us on a regular basis but also treated us with incredible compassion and professionalism. Mrs. Baker did an incredible job with my wife's c section repair. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is having a child. Especially for the first time.
