First they told me they were in agreement with my insurance, and insurance web page showed that. Now, they fully charged me, because they said they do not have any agreement with the insurance, but they got paid by the insurance too. They are charging double for the service. They do not return calls. Do not go there
I have never seen a more greedy dentist in the area. She is in it all for the money. She put me in a root canal after i clearly stressed to her that i don't care how bad my tooth is and that I do not want a root canal, and she still ends up doing it. Now it has been a week and today to find out that I have a broken tooth the week before my graduation. Her place is nice, but her work is horrible.
Got some crowns with her...we change them quite often...pretty much every couple years...but they always look great whenever I initially get them. I think I need to get them changed again :/ I probably just have cavity prone teeth!
Dr. Katranji is very harsh with her patients. She gave me a root canal and crown that never fit and eventually fell out. The replacement crown did not fit either. The new crown fell out, choked me and I swollowed it. Katranji refused to provide another crown. The tooth she worked on eventually became infected.
Dentist does good work. Offices are centrally located. Staff is nice. Be sure they explain your expenses first.
very friendly and helpful, almost no pain while doing my root canals, cost is not very bad and insurance made it very affordable, new equipments, and very well experianced.
Dr. Katranji and her hygienist are the friendliest people I have come across. They always remember me, ask about my family and even remember things I've told them six months ago. It's because they truly care about all their patients and want to give them the best care possible. Dr. Katranji hasn't done any big dental work for me because I just go for cleanings and I don't have any cavities but she did bridge for my mom and it looks amazing. A++
Excellent Doctor Very friendly. She did my dental work and my mother dental work. The best thing was the painless treatment that I received. I had the veneers for 5 years and I have no problem with them.
