Dr Ryan is incredible. First of all, the appts are always on time. Dr Ryan takes her time to understand what’s happening. It feels like she studies up on what she’s missed before she even sees you! She’s great about checking rx’s so I always get my refills in. She’s kind, clear, caring, and thoughtful. Best GP I’ve ever had!!! And the nurse is amazing and the office staff is amazing. I really can’t say enough great things about going to this practice!
After my doctor retiring I wound up here with Dr Katie Ryan and have officially decided to never go back. My husband goes to this clinic with another doctor who has been great but Dr Ryan has been dismissive of my issues from the start and after recommending I come in for preventative screening after our office visit, I booked for a month or 2 later to receive said screening. Left my office and found a new one when I was placed with Dr.Ryan after my doctor retired. Office refused to provide me with a new doctor within their building. Could not get out of there fast enough. She seems to lack compassion and general concern for her patients. She also told me she doesn't believe in doctors notes. I needed one for my job when I had covid and was VERY ill. On another occasion I ended up with a severe sunburn (got it even after applying sunscreen numerous times).
