Everyone in the office couldn't be nicer. The frame options are high end only. But, I apparently caught the principal optometrist who goes by "Dr. Kathy" behind on her schedule, albeit at 10:00 when they open. I felt rushed through my appointment with her hurried efficiency. When I asked questions she was impatient and brief, even producing a sigh at one point when I asked to see a lens she held up to my eyes again.
