Doctor and nurse assistant was so nice as always.
I took my elderly mother to see Dr. Ravanbakhsh for incontinence. She has cognitive issues so I always go in with her to her appointments. I asked a question & she said she’d “get to that in a minute” without even turning her head to look at me. She was condescending to my mother in her several replies to my mom’s questions. She was also rough during her pelvic exam. Dr. Ravanbakhsh removed my cancerous prostate almost three years ago and I remain cancer free. She orders tests and imaging necessary to accurately diagnose. She has never been in a rush to do surgery. With my cancer she laid out options and the decision was mine. I continue to see her every six months to monitor any reoccurrence of cancer and to monitor my kidney stones. She and her staff are professional, friendly, and caring. I am her biggest fan and highly recommend her.

The doctor had me do the tests before I had the appt so then she could explain them to me. I told her I had passed two very large kidney stones and she could see that from the imaging so she told me there would be no need for surgery! She seemed genuinely as excited as I was about those stones!
