Wonderful office and staff ! This was my first time going there and I had a wonderful experience. 5 🌟 !
2 days ago on a Friday while out of town I felt. I have developed a urine infection. My insurance was not active to go to ER. I called my primary care physician but could not reach them. Around 11 at night I was miserable and thought to reach out to Dr. Mahalati. I have not seen her for 2 years but had her personal cell phone number. Best staff, caring management , convienece of available laboratory and ultrasound services, open on weekends, same day appointments in case of emergency. You can not beat that !!
Dr. Mahalati is my wife Doctor.We recently had a baby and it was an awesome experience. I had expressed how I wanted to be hands on during the delivery. We would joke during her appointments that I would pass out and what not. But when the day finally came she honored my wishes and allowed me to be apart of the delivery experience, which is something I would never forget. I am very happy that me and my wife decided to come to Dr. Mahalati.
I usually don't write reviews but after reading some of these. I felt I wanted to say something. I have been a patient of Dr Mahalati for a very long time now. And I can say she is a very hard working Doctor. Her and staff goes way beyond before their patients. We all now we can't please everyone but I think some of these reviews are outrageous. She is a single Doctor in the practice. Her office is open 6 days a week. She also covers multiple hospitals. So everyone should understand that. They would get a call from time to t... read more
My first baby was a c section because the Doctor said my baby was too big. For my second pregnancy I transferred to Dr. Mahalati .I expressed to Dr. Mahalati how I wanted to try vaginal delivery and she encourages me the whole pregnancy. Once it come time for delivery I was afraid I would end up with another c section because this baby was the same size if not a little bigger. Dr. Mahalati delivered my first baby on 5th Jan 2018. Mine was a high risk pregnancy with lots of issues. She took care of every thing from making appointments with specialists and follow up with them and also the emotional support which I needed the most. On every visit she gave me ample time and answered all my questions and concerns. I would say she with her team exhibit the professionalism mixed with human respect, empathy , love and care. I have been a patient of Dr. Mahalati now for about 7 years and I always had a great experience with her and her wonderful staff. Thru out the years I have had other health issues that were non GYN related. And Dr. Mahalati had taken time out of her busy schedule to refer to the correct Doctor. Her office manager also took time out to make the appointment for me.
