Very thankful to have found DrKathyLee after my concerns for my children were dismissed by many gps over many years when requesting a referral to a paed and having a horrible experience with Dr Ricci who questioned my disabilities. Dr Kathy Lee has been amazing with my 2 childrens needs in the last 12 months. She is very explanatory to parents & kids with medical words, medications, side effects ect and post appt help sheets & recipes. Has my childrens best interest in mind and thats all i hoped for in a pediatrician.
Dr Kathy Lee is highly skilled with a no-nonsense approach. Very pleased to have been referred to her clinic for our son.
Had my son booked for an appointment last year, rang and had no answer to cancel the Appointment as it was peak Covid and knew he would be denied anyway with a blocked nose, gave them 24 hours notice via voicemail. And still got slapped with a $100 ‘no attendance fee’ then when I didn’t pay it I received a letter that she would take me to court and increased the fee to $150 in her letter she states how disappointing it is that I have not paid the fee. absolutely waste of my time said a bunch of absolute gebbrish said that my ED was gastro? told me if i hate school to just drop out? basically called me an absolute physco which i am not. left the appointment in tears do not recommend
