Dr. Anderson was fantastic and helped me address issues I am facing. Most of the staff were also great and helpful. One of the the staff, however, acted oddly unprofessional. Because of this interaction, I am hesitant to return.
The doctor has a lot of experience and was able to address my concerns. The ladies were all knowledgeable, processed what I wanted for glasses. All were very professional with the right amount of humor to actually make the trip to the eye doctor, fun. Thank you, all!
Dr. Anderson is the best! She gets 5 stars!!! The lady answering the phones was by herself and she had to also see customers and ring out customer . That’s too much for 1 person. Need to work on having enough people there.. Dr Anderson gets 5 stars! The lady working there gets 5 stars. Pearls Vision Management gets 2 stars for not having enough workers. Pricing of Pearle Vision gets 1 star. Way too high in prices!!
