leaving after 30 years of being a patient. Dr Parsons retired, wouldn’t recommend anymore
Dr. Parsons was absolutely amazing, loved this practice. Since new ownership my appointments have been cancelled multiple times last minute and one was an emergency visit for a cracked crown that the new dentist placed herself less than a year ago. The quality of service and dentistry left when he did unfortunately. I will not be returning to this practice.
Dr. Strassner was able to fit me in to her schedule for a dental emergency. She and her assistant Rachel were wonderful and explained my treatment options and patiently answered all of my questions. Their professionalism and caring brought so much comfort to me during a very stressful time and I am so grateful for them!
I have been a long time patient of Dr Strassner, you will not find someone who is more loyal professional or kind anywhere. You will love the professional atmosphere in a beautiful space! The cost to see her even without insurance is extremely fair!
The transition from Dr. Parsons to Dr. Strassner has been smooth from my point of view. Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable. Overall my more recent experiences has been great! They have been very helpful in getting me the dental work needed in a timely fashion!
