The staff and physician were super good during my visit!
Dr. Lorenz is a very caring doctor. Listens to all my concerns and explains what she can do to have a solution to them. I always have my blood work completed before my appointment, so goes over each test thoroughly and if needed, explains what I need to do to fix the problem. I have had concerns sometimes, so I use "my chart" and she takes time to answer my questions and gives suggestions. When I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018, she was the first to notify me personally by a personal phone call. I will never forget ... read more
Dr. Lorenz and her staff did a great job!
I would have liked it if somebody would have called to give me the results of my back x-rays to explain what went. What is going on and tell me what the results were. As of May 3rd 4:00 in the afternoon, I haven't heard a word
