Deserves no stars. Made an appointment 5 weeks ago for a legitimate health concern. Came in for my appointment and was told they would not see me if I did not have a physical insurance card. My wallet was stolen so I just had a picture of my card from the provider as well as ID identifying me. The front office girls are more interested in giving out botox discounts than actually acquiring or retaining new patients. They kept telling me they had to swipe my insurance card. No doubt Dr Kent is wonderful, however, you can’t get past the receptionist. She told me the soonest I could come in is May of ‘24. for a cancer scan. If it’s an emergency, Oct’23.
This practice is one of the worst medical experiences I have had and I work in medicine. I had a scheduled 11:30 appointment and showed at 11:26. They claimed that my appointment was at 11:15. I have it written in two places that was the time. It’s possible they made the mistake of myself but in any case, I would’ve only been 11 minutes late.
