I was scheduled to see this Dr. and had to wait 3 whole months plus 2 weeks for an appointment! A couple days before my appointment I was canceled without notification, rescheduled with a doctor I was not originally referred to and again without advanced notice. I don’t know what kind of office practice this is but it’s unacceptable. I asked to speak with the office manager, and was told she would be given a message. 01/17/2024 Waste of time. Told we needed a written referral. After my Dr sent them the referral, they called to set appt. Spoke to wife but needed me on the phone to discuss. I got on the phone after work just to be told not accepting new patients. Not at all a reflection on the Dr, just administration of the practice. Why not use common sense and tell us no new patients BEFORE having us jump through the damn hoops with the referral.
