I’m very happy with Dr. Kelly. She is very attentive and provides terrific support and feedback. So glad I found this practice!
I’m speaking for a family member that I took to Dr. Kelly. Her office overbooked her patients. When you arrive, be prepared to wait 2 hours or more. Good doctor; however, it’s poor service to wait for an extended period without being seen. We left after 2+ hours, which was unacceptable. And the appointment was made months in advance.
I've been going here now for almost a year and I must say that I haven't had any problems. I went last Thursday and I see Dr. Kelly as my primary care and I can truly say that she's very professional and cares about your health. She listens to you thoroughly and explains everything to you so it may take some time to get seen but it's definitely worth the wait. If it's a change in my appointment they'll notify me ahead of time by phone, text or email. Yes, I recommend Dr. Kelly to my family/friends.
