I've been going here now for almost a year and I must say that I haven't had any problems. I went last Thursday and I see Dr. Kelly as my primary care and I can truly say that she's very professional and cares about your health. She listens to you thoroughly and explains everything to you so it may take some time to get seen but it's definitely worth the wait. If it's a change in my appointment they'll notify me ahead of time by phone, text or email. Yes, I recommend Dr. Kelly to my family/friends.
Been a patient of this office for years and Dr. Kelly and her team of practitioners and administration are awesome. They’re all super helpful and respond quickly when a prescription or referral is needed. The practitioners bedside manner is amazing. I recently went to see Kennedy Lewis and she is a great listener. She is very knowledgeable and answered any questions along with following up with my lab results fairly quickly. Kennedy Lewis is awesome. She is kind, helpful, and thorough. She asks great questions and I feel that she cares about my well-being. The ladies at the front desk are always pleasant, as well. Thank you all!
I lost my day of work because they cancel my appointment, they called me 30 minutes before to arrive, to let me know the doctor can see me, every time is a long time waiting to answered the phone and to make an appointments, they don't check your records to see if you need vaccinations or any other test, , always are new doctors, hard to get a follow ups because they don't know anything about you, the only reason I came to this office is because is close to me, but I am not happy with the service, they don't call you to give... read more
