Accompanied my Mother for her first consulate with Dr. Kelley. I don't usually post reviews so soon, but I must say what a welcome change this practice is. They made my Mother feel safe, cared for and heard. Dr. Kelley is exceptional! She explained the illness so my Mother thoroughly understands all her options. I’m speaking for a family member that I took to Dr. Kelly. Her office overbooked her patients. When you arrive, be prepared to wait 2 hours or more. Good doctor; however, it’s poor service to wait for an extended period without being seen. We left after 2+ hours, which was unacceptable. And the appointment was made months in advance.
