Worst system ever. Heard good things about the office/doctor Cornelius but I’ve been trying for days to set up an appointment for new patient and never get a call back. Front desk is a lil snappy told me to email Erica cause she’s an MA and gets busy. So is there only one person that takes new patient info? System is flawed. Don’t try if your a new patient. If your a current I guess consider yourself lucky?
Dr. Cornelius has been my doctor for many years now, and I truly can’t express how grateful I am to have found her. She brings such kindness, compassion, and genuine care to every interaction. I always feel heard, respected, and supported during my visits. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to make thoughtful, informed decisions about their care. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor and would recommend her to anyone looking for a physician who truly puts their patients first.
