I went to Dr. Peterson for my first time last week for a routine endoscopy and colonoscopy. Before my procedure I was sooo nervous but Kathy was so dang nice and answered any questions I had. After the procedure she made sure I was completely comfortable, she even left me with her cell phone number in case I came up with any additional questions or concerns. When I left the hospital I was completely at peace and knew that I had been taken care of. Seriously 15 out of 10 she is so great. Nicest doctor I’ve ever met.
After waiting for almost 2 years to see Dr. Peterson The Covid stuff happened. They changed my appointment to a Virtual appointment. I did all the precheck in as directed. I logged onto the app 30 minutes before as directed. 2 hours later, nothing. I call and they tell me they tried to reach out to me but was unsuccessful. The instructions I was given does match what they told me in the email. The link is supposed to show up in the app and you click on it when prompted to do so. This never happened.
