As very simple as getting an appointment scheduled for my daughter, "Its just that easy" Information had been given in its entirety previously, that its such an inconvenience to have to give the entire information over and ovet again. Kinda seemed like an automated system. None the less Kara made it upon her decision and not the office manager or some one else. Sadly they can manage their office on their own time.
