I was in and out of the office without waiting. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Dr. York-Jordan is very patient and thoughtful and looks me in the eye. I feel as though she listens carefully to me and it feels as if she cares more about my complaints than I do. Dr. York-Jordan remembers my history and asks probing questions about my physical and mental health. She has called me at home when I am in pain, just to see how I’m doing. I've been seeing Dr. Kathy York-Jordon long enough to know that she is not only professional, but friendly, and knowledgeable as well. She's been able to find a problem my other doctor didn't, she's managed maintain my case despite the fact that it's somewhat involved, and she's always understanding and never judgemental about anything.
