Went to this Endodontist for an evaluation for a root cananl and when I left the office, they asked me to pay $53.00, which I did, they then billed my isurance for $53.00 and they paid it. The insurance Explanation of Benefits cleary states that the participating provider has agreed to this price of $53.00 and that they will not bill me for any difference between this and their price they would like to receive. I have tried to contact their office to receive a refund for this amount, but cannot get through to them.
