Terrible service very slow especially in the emergency room
I was hospitalized there for two weeks. Great staff and I received excellent medical care after admittance. I was also pleased with the housekeeping staff. I’d have rated FranklinSquare as high as 5 stars but I’m on a gluten-free diet and my family supplied most of my meals. This was because the hospital outsourced patient meals and their vendor did not support gluten-free foods. Poor oversight by someone.
I’m currently in the ER now. With a potential stomach infection. And even the staff is talking about me. I’m so embarrassed. I’m crying and they are chatting outside the triage now.
