An extremely talented, empathetic, and amazing Naturopath! I love the way Dr. Souza is willing to experiment, try various modalities to calm the mind. She definitely has helped me loosen physical and emotional knots within the body. I feel relaxed and re-invigorated after each of my sessions with her. She has helped me more than she knows!
1st time acupuncture. Said Go For It! 25 needles and only two hurt a little. Therapeutic massage to work my knots out as well as loosening up my stiff joints. I’m 67. Felt relaxed and more limber. Worth it!!

I never was into acupuncture or massages before, but that has all changed since I stepped into this clinic. I have bad anxiety and hard for me to go into places but this place is very cozy and welcoming. Dr. Souza is rad and knows what she is doing!
