I’ve been seeing Dr Tsai for 8 years and could not recommend this office more highly! I have complicated asthma and allergies and have been helped so much by Dr Tsai and the rest if the staff here. Everyone is pleasant and helpful.
Office staff pleasant. Heather Scott PA was professional and friendly. I found Dr Tsai to be very professional, concerned, and listened to my problems. She explained the diagnosis and referral. We explained only explained the medication minimally as I told her I was already familiar with it. I will return to this office/staff I am a Registered Nurse retired and I recommend Dr Tsai and her staff with no hesitations. I read the negative reviews and recommend future patients evaluate her for themselves
