AI Donor Conceived Fertility Assistance Dr. Hsiao is fantastic. She helped me to conceive my daughter through Artificial Insemination using a donor from a sperm bank. She was very positive and had no qualms regarding my status as a single lesbian, a rarity I believe (even in good ole SF). I wish she could have been my OB but she was on sabbatical!
Dr. Hsiao practices on her own, a rarity in the world of OB's. She attends the vast majority of her patient's births and this counts for a lot in terms of continuity of care. She supports women in their goals for their own births and is fairly hands-off when it comes to interventions for anything other than medical reasons.
