Disappointing experience. 😔 The website looked incredible, and I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, things took a turn after I went in to complete a patient intake form. I was told it would take about three days to review and approve, but after following up four times over the next two weeks, I never received a response. Each time I was assured, ‘We’ll get back to you by the end of the day or in 15 minutes,’ but no one ever did. Horrible group to be associated with!!!!!very disrespectful and heavy on promoting medicine that they are being paid to promote. Never got to actually be treated by Grelle, when I wrote a letter addressing my concerns she would not respond. I’m 58 and nothing like this has EVER happened to me. Filed a complaint with the Medical Board.

I'm not really sure how this practice is still around. I wasn't notified that my son's bloodwork was abnormal and required treatment. He suffered for a month before I called to make another apt when they asked me if hehad been taking his medication, what medication? They never even told us there was a diagnosis! Oh but it gets better, I had a telehealth apt and they didn't realize they had answered the phone. The Dr and NP were talking about me and making fun of me. This place is a mess!
