HORRIBLE doctor, I DONT KNOW WHY SHES ALLOWED TO HAVE A LICENSE. I switched insurances so I had to find a new OB, my last office, Oakland and Macomb were great, they were very kind and compassionate and did an amazing job. That being said I found Dr Boyd online. She was a literal witch. I don’t know how to describe it other than that. She had horrific bedside manner, was asking personal questions that had nothing to do with the situation. I was charged for additional service on a routine wellness exam that should have been 100% covered. I received a bill for $134 for labs that are not routine, were not necessary and were not requested. The office seemed uninterested and was hard to contact. I emailed and called multiple times with no response. The least I would have expected was a call back from "my doctor". I have been unsuccessful at trying to resolve this on my own so I will be switching to a new doctor and would not recommend Dr. Boyd.
Dr. Boyd is the best doctor. She took great care of my sister Dilruba.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Boyd and the entire team. Throughout my pregnancy and later during my hysterectomy, Dr. Boyd showed me an incredible level of kindness, emotional support, and compassion. she always took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
