Dr. Berthiaume is the best. We moved our family to her 3 years ago and very happy that we did. She is very kind, professional and patient with our kids. She explains everything in detail. I would recommend her to anyone!
Having dental anxiety...from the moment I set foot in the beautiful office and greeted by reception with smiles, I knew this was going to be a great experience! After a thorough exam and explanation of next steps, Dr. Berthiaume made me feel at ease. Great experience!!!!
Overuses insurance and wastes client time by not fulfilling full appointment and rebooking things like polishing into two appointments to use all allotted insurance claims. Booked for cavities and didn't bother to fill them. Upon visiting another dentist we were told the X-rays were unclear and not appropriate for diagnostic purposes. We were also told number of cavities was inflated.
