First time I saw Dr. Bell have been going there a long time. My doctor was Greenberg had a great experience with Dr. Bell. She was funny. Did a great job. She’ll be my dermatologist from now on.
If you're a black woman she's not the person for you. I have alopecia is the reason for going. She's very insulting. She called me lazy and don't even know me. Because I refuse to buy and take her hair pills along with the injections. I told her I just didn't know if I could afford the pills. I would never ever go back to her. She's not compassionate at all. And yes she is dismissive. So I'm calling her unfit.
She was curt, dismissive, and seemed rushed to get me out of there. This was my 1st time visiting a dermatologist and not only did she make me feel silly by minimizing the only partial concerns I was barely able to express before being cut off, she didn't ask any personal questions, nor attempt to develop any doctor-patient connection whatsoever. Dr. Bell is the best!!! Having nothing but amazing things to say about my patient experience!
Dr. Bell is thorough, conscientious, kind and patient. With my mother's treatment, she has caught many possible skin cancer issues from developing. A great doctor!
