It's taken a long time to post this but my experience with St J dental was awful. Shaming was a top priority for the owner. It always caused great anxiety to go. Changed dentist years ago and have been so happy.

I came in because of a broken tooth, they said it had to be rmoved, and also all four of my wisdom teeth need to be removed. They told me I need to call Dartmouth to make an appointment. And they said that I have to have a referral when I called. So I called the dentist back to try to get the referral that Dartmouth was talking about and I sat on hold for 40 minutes before they hung up on me and never called me back. I had an appointment for my 6 month check up (cleaning), I was going to be out of the country so I call 2 weeks before the appontment to cancel. I was told that it be 6 months before I could another appointment, yet people that I reffered to them got appontments long before me. When I was finally conatcted for my appointment that did not set the date so now it has been over a year since my last cleaning. I think thaT THEY HAVE CROSSED OVER INTO THE RELM OF "ALL ABOUT THE money" not about the patient anymore.
