We’ve been with Dr. Lopes since 2011, and she’s the first doctor I’ve had that actually cares about my health, she doesn’t just talk at you and leave the room, she actually gets to know you, she explains what’s going on, and really works to get you in the best health possible, she holds no punches and will tell you like it is, but the patient has to follow her instructions.

I've been a patient of Dr. Lops for over 5 years. She is caring, reachable, and never steered me wrong. She helped determine I had PCOS five years ago after many military doctors being VERY discouraging. She has a calm and compassionate demeanor and has treated multiple range of things for me over the past many years. I highly recommend her as a female doctor for your family's needs.

This office and doctor are very poor excuses for a functioning medical facility. They make appt after appt all unneeded and when you forget one they refuse to treat. I was put on anti depressants and never given refills and after having to family emergency and not able to attend a appt they refused to refill them. I was on them for months and it is not healthy to just stop.She let's her office workers make decisions on medications and refills, they are not qualified to make.

Dr. Kate Lops is a nice doctor but the front desk and billing is a scam. They are money hungry and insist you pay a $25 copay every time. Even if you know your insurance will cover an annual checkup 100%. They will argue and lie to you to get you to pay it and will not refund it unless you have proof of a claim statement from your insurance showing your explanation of benefits (EOB). This has happened to me twice now and it is very frustrating. I have done medical billing and I know how it works

I went to visit Dr. Lops today and she was and is always a very pleasant well rounded provider. Very informative and always willing to listen and take her time with me and trust me I have some very complicated situations. Her professional front staff and wonderful nurses are a pleasure to see each time they have great warm and welcoming smiles. And they just told me today that Dr. Lops is expanding with the addition of a Physician Assistant in order to accommodate us, her patients.

The office staff is a perfect blend of professionalism and courteousness. Dr Lops is very competent, patient, and knowledgeable. My entire family is pleased with the treatment we receive each time we go there. They are very consistent, she's been our doctor for 5+ years.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Treats her employees and patients like they are worthless and owe her something. Cares only about quantity of patients instead of quality of care. I've never seen doctor care so little about explaining treatment and explaining medication.

I have been going to Dr Lops for years. A couple of times in the past I have waited for 45+ minutes but she has also talked to me for as long as I needed so I don't mind the wait. She is patient, asks questions, offers suggestions and doesn't judge or get angry when I don't always follow her advice. If she gets impatient with me she doesnt show it and I appreciate that. She's open to alternate ways of doing things instead of just prescribing pills. I like and admire her very much.
